Your service is very bad.I took a 6days mini loan Of R500 with you and paid it before time.You sent me an sms thanking me for settling my account and that the account is closed.Only for you to debit me again today.I am taking you to the ombudsmen.I WANT MY REFUND.
Worst you deducted from the loan I took from you.Such Bad service,wondering what will happen this month on my account.I want my refund and stop frustrating me!
I sent you countless emails,you dont reply and when I call no one answers.
Furthermore expect to receive communication from my attorneys if the refund is not paid.You are really messing with our budgets and credit scores.
