Bad customer service

These people are ****mers, I app**** for a loan with a loan term of 3 months, I didn’t even receive a paid-up letter and when I log in on their portal my profile still shows an outstanding balance. I’ve been communicating with them for more than a week now with no progress and yesterday (09/07/24)one of their rude consultants said that I should do whatever it it that I want to do. They are so unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! They don’t even respond to emails!
