Bad cistomer service

I have been using their service for a long time however my most recent loan says in arrears since Dec and I am not in arrears. I have a collection agency keep calling me 5 times a day saying i am in arrears then check their system and says i am not in arrears but system not updated. Never been in arrears so howcome... I am so tired of these calls. Will not use Wonga again as when I call them they say all up to date but still getting these calls.

We can confirm that your loan is not in arrears as we received your two instalments on your agreed due dates.

Please note that if your debicheck mandate is suspended, your account will be handed over to a collection agency to assist us with reinstating the debicheck mandate.
