I would just like to say thank you very much for the professional and courtious service received from Tazz in the wonga call centre this morning. She was extremely informative and helpful and this is very rare to find in a call centre environment. Im the call centre manager for one of the biggest mobile brands in our country and can definitely say that i would snatch her up in a heart beat to be part of my team!!!!

Keep up the good work and keep staying cool, calm and collected as you did today even with the most difficult customers you come accross, as we both know they do exist.
