Approved but still no loan

I app**** for an urgent loan on 2015/04/14 and I was told that I have been approved, but needed to send 3 payslips. I did so and after 2 hours I was told via sms that they could not approve the load based on the docs I uploaded. It does not say what the problem is with the docs I uploaded.<br> <br> I then decided to rather upload my 3 bank statements. I then got an sms the following morning stating that they cannot process the loan because of insufficient documents, but again, they don't say which or what documents are outstanding.<br> <br> I thought this was the best company to go to when you need an urgent loan, but it seems your adverts are all false advertising. I was promised on em-mail that if you find any information missing regarding my application, then one of your consultants will call me. But to my surprise I only receive an sms with very limited information.<br> <br> I was excited but very disappointed with the way you don't stick to what you advertise on TV.
