Anger is an understatemsnt

Wonga is messing up my credit score I need to move this monthend when I checked it says I haven't paid my account in two months and they have been debiting my account how could they do that?? I have never missed a payment what's worse it that they messed up my credit history but on their side they could still offer me their loan services like HOW???? I need this sorted out as in yesterday!!

Hello no response from you on my email. Why would you submit that I owe you on my credit profile then still give me a loan on your end I've been taking care of my credit score making sure that all my debts are paid because I've been wanting to get a new place now it's time to do that and I am unable to do so this month end because of your mistake? 
Please sort it out promptly
