I took out a Wonga Loan which had insurance. I got retrenched and have been speaking to Credit life about paying Wonga the outstanding balance. Wonga then goes on the 8th December and debits my account without my knowledge or consent. The insurance are refusing to pay Wonga since the account has been settled and Wonga has refused to refund me the amount which was debited in order for the Insurance company Credit life can make payment. I have been speaking to Andiswa who is part of the escalation team
