Amazing experience: Shahiem

I app**** on 28/12 and was concerned because my documents were not validated within the 3 hours. I called this morning and spoke to Shahiem - what a breath of fresh air. I cannot remember the last time I received such efficient service from someone. Shahiem was friendly, super helpful and incredibly efficient. He addressed all of my concerns in less than 10 minutes. I hope that the company is aware of the calibre of Service Agent they have in Shahiem and I trust that they value his contribution to the overall success of the company. I further hope that he is well looked after as he is a real asset to your organisation. Please may I ask that this compliment is passed on to Shahiem's direct manager - also extend my sincere gratitude to Shahiem again for the amazing service he provided me with this morning.
