Allowing people to *****ulently loan money with stoled identities

Wonga allowed someone i don't know to get a loan in my name using a *****ulent bank and a copy of my id without my knowledge. This appeared in my credit record as a delinquent loan because the *****ster obviously didn't pay Wonga back.

When I informed them of this crime, they temporarily removed the loan account from my credit record only to sell that *****ulent loan to Nimble a couple of weeks later, without me knowing. Now this delinquent credit is showing in my credit report again and is affecting my finances because I am now unable to apply for a home loan due to this *****ulent loan in my name.

I don't understand how they let someone open an account without verifying their identity and validity of the bank account. I also don't understand why they went on to sell the loan after I told them it was *****ulent and even provided them with an affidavit.

How are you providing loans without performing due diligence and knowing the customer, surely this is against the law.

The worst thing is that you can't even call Wonga because they don't have a customer service team you can call for ***** cases.

I want this account removed from my credit record as its ruining my credit and for Nimble to stop harassing me because Wonga sold them a *****ulent loan.

This is the worst thing that can happen to anyone as now I won't be able to get a home.

Just to clarify you want my bank statements? or the statements used to apply for the *****ulent loan. Because I do not have access to that *****ulent bank account.

Also do not know the application date because I am not the one that made the application in the first place.

Also I have already sent two affidavits, do I need to resend them again?
