Account settled but reflect's as unpaid on bureau.
I emailed wonga regarding account ref *** as the account shows an outstanding balance of R2367.00 yet it was settled I need this to be updated on my record. They sent me an email which was clearly a template stating that they update this info. regularly. Please update this on your report BECAUSE i have the Transunion report to prove my claim.
