ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!

If I could give them a -0 I would have. I got a settlement amount which I paid before the due date. 29/11/2023. They told me I will wait 3 days for a paid up letter. Still no paid up letter. I emailed them and absolutely no helpful feedback. I called and they told me I will get it Friday 15/12/2023. I send an email every day. No response. I call no answer. Pathetic!!!! Will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
