A horrible thing experience

Im so disappointed at the treatment I’ve received from you guys, I sent you an email 2 months ago requesting an Account to pay into as my banking Acc was compromised you did not send me that, two months later I’m being called by collectors what Bull**** is this , I did my part into making sure I do not get to a point you’ve gotten me to , I have emails to support what I’m saying but you’re help desk never sent me these now I have to have a bad credit record for you people not doing your job, to think I had such a great relationship with you, I’m not even going to recommend you guys to any of the people I know instead I’ll tell them of how ****ty your client service is.
