Wonga handed over my account to collection and i made arrangement with them to debit my account on the 23rd fine, on the 23rd the collection team debited my account and they also debited my account.. i mean this is day light ******* because now i'm being told to wait 5 days to see if the other payment will reflect i requested to send i Prof of Payment i was told no i need to wait for 5 days... is this your way of eating people's money?
