I made my loan payments ontime with the details they provided and they don't realised they received it.

I send them proof of payments multiple times and I get no response.

Now it seems that they got some debt collector to try to contact me.

At the end of this month I'm going to make my last payment and if there's any issues I will have to hand it over to my lawyer.
