Wonga prepaid meters are *******

Wonga Prepaid Meters are the biggest ******* in the electricity vendor scene. Walter Mabasa, the "owner" is a ***** who *****s from hard working customers! I have dutifully being buying my electricity vouchers through them but they have not reimbursed me in four months. When I complained about not getting paid in order to pay my Municipal electricity bill, Walter says he cannot be held responsible that I cannot pay my bills??? Yet he has to repay me in order for me to pay my bill. The biggest lot of ***** and ******* ever. DO NOT USE THEM FOR PREPAID METERS, they will rip you off and you will still have to pay the municipality... Sies man!
