Taking money despite subscription being canceled!

I subscribed to your product then after trialing it and it didn't work I canceled my subscription. Despite canceling, Wondershare still deduced $91.99 from my account!

For anyone considering Wondershare products, I STRONGLY advise caution, as trying to get your subscription canceled is a very very difficult process and even when achieved, they still do take your money!
