I bought T2800 Dr martens yesterday. I realized tofay thstt the size is actually small. Im a size 5 bit the cut is small and hurts my heels and ankles. I asked for exchanged and they refused

I cant keep R2800 boot in my wardrobe and not wear it

The owner refused to exchsnge my shoes even though they have a size that can fit me. Please i need help. Its a Twitter and instagram online store.

All i want is my shoes to be replaced. I dont want a refund just a well comfortable fitting shoes.
