I don't understand what the point of having Cameras . i feel the security and the cleaners are working together as the only people what was near the toilets was the cleaner .

good day it was Friday the 3rd of august 2018 when i lost my phone at wonder park shopping center , the camera was just in front of me . i only released minutes later that my phone was gone . one of the security people told me to go to their office next to clicks, to ask if they can view the camera footage when i got the they made me wait for hours after to tell me that the camera is jamming and they cant reverse to see what happen . one of the security grads took my grannies number he told me that he will call me as i have been waiting for long but till today i haven't heard from them . so i have decided to open a case against them .
