Very Bad Service

School and leisure in Parkview Mall is not user friendly at all!!! I returned things yesterday and informed the cashier that I need my cash and requested not to be paid back into my account since it will take two days to reflect and the cashier said I must wait for the manager, who later came to say she called Head Office and they are refusing for me to get my money back in cash even after I explained the matter of urgency why I needed my money back immediately...

So disappointed with such a poor service
