Faulty Infrared Thermometer

I ordered an infrared digital non-contact forehead thermometer from Wonderful Deals . On receipt of the unit we tested it and found that it was incorrectly calibrated as the unit gives readings of 33 and 34 degrees. I contacted Wonderful Deals to report the faulty unit. They rep**** that the unit is not faulty (Saturday 13 June) and on another email that they would come back to me (Monday 15 June). I have not heard anything from them since.
