Dissapointed customer

I purchased a luggage set via bid or buy online because I saw the supplier had a high positive review. I paid on 3/12/19 and today 18/12/19 I still haven't recieved my package. I'm dissapointed because they say it takes 3-7 working days. Everytime I contact them they say they will find out, make me hold for long or ignore me. I am very dissapointed
