Bid or buy enable wonderful deals to be none CPA compliant

Wonderfull Deals Via BID or BUY .

This is a company called WEI SHENG . Not trading as just WEI SHENG

1stly this company advertises on bid or buy website i thought was compliant with CPA but seems not to be .

So i ordered a very specific LED light to the value of 3K , under the Store on bid or buy it states , they will refund and refund courier fees on refund , all very reassuring .

Led arrived , fitted and all was good , 3 months down the line the led has patricianly failed so i proceeded to contact the owner , he advised me to contact the "Manager" .

So i did , this i were i realised i was dealing with Chancers . The manager told me to send the product back at my own cost , i asked her why does the website state that the products will be refunded and courier if not satisfied .

She asked how old is the products i told her it is 3 months old ( still within the CPA act) then she proceeded to tell me they do not refund a product if it has been used . We all know this is now ******* , i tried to explain to her she advertised the product with a lifespan and it did not live up to that , she then cut me off told me to take it up with who ever i want but they are not refunding the product as it is used .

If you understand why LEDS were created you will understand that 3 months is in no way acceptable and they would not be around if that was the case .

Contacted Bid or Buy , Lets just say they are no too helpful even after telling them about my issue they refuse to remove the store even tho it is not compliant with the CPA.

Please guys do not use these 2 companies as they do not comply with SouthAfrican Law and should be shut down .
