Bad bad service

I will never ever recommend any1 to buy from thm I placed my order wayyy before lockdown paid thm and all...they 1st came back and told me they sending me something I did not order I asked for my refund and I have been waiting now for a month they claiming they cannot do refunds during this time but when I spoke to the Manager David before he told me they will assist...this is bad service at its best I cannot afford to loose my refund as I purchased a stroller and car seat and I urgently need to buy a new 1 my baby is due anytime now..I even went back to bid or buy who is the middle mam and yet no luck
