Thank you for giving us the opportunity to put the correct facts forward with regard to your allegation that we are not the \real\" Wondercoat. First of all Wondercoat Paints are not suing us for the unauthorised use of the Wondercoat Brand. The Wondercoat Paints entity to which you refer no longer exist as the directors (with whom you have obviously been corresponding) placed it under voluntary liquidation during March 2010. Further the liquidators involved with the Wondercoat Paints liquidation filed a liquidation application against the Holding company of Wondercoat Paints namely Paints Perfect. This liquidation application is pending in the Johannesburg High Court under case number 2012/35156.
