From Wonder to Dissaster!

I write this purely to forewarn potential parties considering home refurbishment to avoid wondercoat wall & roof coatings. Don't believe paying a premuim means you're going to get the best! You may as well pay a small start up business and get better results and service. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THEIR CHARM YOU WILL REGRET IT! I logged a warranty claim with wonder coat for repairs in October 2016 and after 3 weeks no response. I had to resubmit the claim to the receiptionist to get a response. Their operations manager " Ig" came out a week later and his demeanor and responses clearly reflected abdication of any faults raised. He advised he would respond within 3 days from assessment with feedback. The official assessment report was only received on the 14th December 2016. We never received any call back from wonder coat or staff as such we had to do all the follow-ups for any updates. in December 2016, after sending a scathing email, I was officially advised that repair estimates takes between 5-6 weeks to schedule. At this stage being December i was advised that the business will be closing for the holiday period and will return to operation on the 16th January 2017. Furthermore, the repairs to be undertaken will be scheduled for third week in March 2017. After threatening to proceed with legal action on the 25 May 2017 and receiving a read receipt to my email a day later, we've still not had any response from wondercoat! Throughout this ordeal I've requested an audiance with the owner but to date have not heard or received any correspondance from him/her. Characteristics experienced: Lack of ownership Poor to no Customer Service Poor communication Abdicate responsibility Misleaders Once they get paid, they're gone! DONT READ THIS AND SEE A DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER, DO YOUR HOME WORK AND READ THEIR CONTRACT CAREFULLY! THE FINE PRINT DOESN'T TELL YOU THE GROUNDS UNDER WHICH THEY REPUDIATE CLAIMS.
