Empty promises, no delivery

When building our house two years ago, we decided to use Wondercoat due to their superior guarantees on their product. We paid up front and received a good discount. The service delivery issues however started immediately. It was extremely difficult to get them to meet the building deadlines and to get the house painted in time. <br> <br> Two years later we find that the 15 year guarantee on the product is just an empty promise. We have had some problems with the product and for months it has been totally impossible to get Wondercoat to come back and fix. You have to phone and phone repeatedly and if you are lucky enough to get hold of them, they promise to come out to the house but just never arrive. <br> <br> DO NOT USE THEM!! You will be sorely disappointed. Their product is not superior and their service non-existent.
