Dont Trust Wondercoat
In 2022 I contacted wondercoat. Rob Long came and inspected the property and told me would come and fix the paint that needed to be done but never came. Last year in 2024 he now tells me of cracks, damps and water proofing that must first be fixed and gave me a R65000 quote. He does not keep the 10 year warranty policy. Had he had came in 2022 the damage would not have doubled. Dont Trust this company people.

24 Mar 2025, 10:17Lebo Mabitle purchased the house from our previous customer Wondercoat received a complaint in 2022 and our Quality controller Mr Dube did n inspection and I emailed a report on his findings and that is where it was left I received another complaint in 2024 and again emailed my report to Lebo where I stated that certain damaged areas where water damage was evident from the balcony and Structural cracks were visible and these areas did fall within the terms of the Guarantee and because the previous Customer had opted for a ripple finish I decided that I should offer Lebo a repair and reroll of the entire house and again heard nothing back until the notification of complaint to Hello Peter In my email I offered to repair certain areas under the guarantee but Lebo did not respond at the time Lebo took the decision to dafame Wondercoat by saying we are a **** company which is far from the truth Customers must read the contracts to understand what is covered by the Guarantee and what is not covered I feel sorry that Lebo decided to go to Hellopeter rather than open up a discussion with the company first as the areas under Guarantee would have been repaired I stand under correction but I think the Insurance company has done the Waterproofing repaired
