Defective work
Last year November, I got Wondercoat Wall & Roof Coating to repair and paint my roof for me. <br> <br> I was content with the quality of their work until the December rains started. A week before their shutdown, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Darren requesting that the roof be fixed before they went on holiday. This did not happen.<br> <br> I literally stalked the gentleman until my roof was fixed in January 2015. <br> <br> When the roof was fixed I noticed that the same place which I had asked them to attend to was still leaking. So I called Darren again to tell him about it. <br> <br> Three weeks down the line, amid promises of when they will someone, I'm still waiting for my roof to be fixed.<br> <br>

I have tried to contact you to resolve this matter , before replying to your report.
Our records indicate that the repair work was attended to and completed on the 31st of March 2015 .
I find it unfortunate that you rather post a negative report to this platform before informing me or our offices should the problem persist after the repair work was completed (less than 2 weeks ago)
I do understand that the Gauteng region experienced heavy rains after the repair work was completed. I find it rather unfair and disappointing that you did not contact the office to resolve this matter.
