Who can you trust in the Automotive industry.

I bought a Kwid form this second hand dealer in August 2017. My request on trading in my Opel Corsa 2***, 68000km. Was, low km, demo model car, with a service / maintance plan. As I can not afford the services. Alex assured me that the Kwid had both in place. After sevral communications with his manager, I am now left with a car with no plan, and that has been in two car accidents. This I was not told. At 31 000km I already had to replace the brakes. Not only did I have to pay in money on the Kwid, I now own a car that is worth less then the Corsa. I can not trade it in, because of the condition of the bodywork after the accidents. I know that service is not something we proud ourselfs on any more. But to be **** to and be taken for a fool is low.
