Car still not repaired

My car got damaged in Dec '14. After the evaluation it was taken to Wonderboom Panelbeaters for a repair. It could only be taken in on 27 Feb as they were too busy and I was told I could drive my car with the damage so long. I made several calls to them following up, each time beoing told my car is in for a spray job. Eventually (after 2 weeks) I got a call from the panelbeaters telling me that that there is additional damage and my exhaust also needs replacement for which they need further approval from Outsurance. This despite the exhaust being on original approved evaluation? When I complained and phoned again, I was told that they are waiting for spares from Huyndai. No one knows when the actual spares were ordered and who is really to blame, and in the meantime, I still do not have my car, people is talking over each other, and I need to take the loan car back as my month is over with no 1 willing to give me another car. Despite that the panelbeater told me my car is in thier way and they blame Huyndai for not having spares. In my opinion, I pay OT for my insurance, they are responsible of sorting it out. Now Outsurance and Panelbeater expect me to complaint to Huyndai...
