I have a complain about torga optica wonderboom junction. I went to their store in February 2021 to get my son glasses as he was struggling to see in class. I found a lady and a guy they helped me very nice. I waited for 3weeks for those glasses they even told me about their special you buy 1 you get 1free,after 3weeks I received a call to say I should come and collect them. After 3days I realised that they gave me something I didn't order I called the store found a rude lady apparently she's the manager she spoke to me in a very rude manner I ended up asking to speak to an optometrist that helped me she explained to me that if I need to change them what is the procedure, then I decide not to continue. So now this week in October I receive an SMS Hi OTSILE, a friendly reminder of the 2500.00 outstanding on your account. Please pay in store or EFT ABSA,***,Branch: 632005 Torga Optical Pretoria Wonderboom Junction ***. I called the store I found the same rude lady, thee manager she told me where to get off I asked her why only receiving an SMS now after so many months she said a lot of stories which doesn't add up. Then I told her I won't pay anything because they failed to call me for almost 8 months. She said OK I can do what I want, I said but why is she rude to me she said I can report her she doesn't care. She speaks Afrikaans most of the time. So really I'm not happy with her service since day1 she's been rude, She doesn't deserve to be part of management.
