They are ********s and ***** from customers !!!

I went to them on tuesday last week (04/04/2023) to replaced my phone's screen and screen protector and bought a memory card. I paid R1200 for the screen and screen protector and R 200 for the memory card. In the shop the same day the memory card didnt want to work so i was advised to factory reset my phone then the card would work, I did exactly that and IT'S STILL NOT WORKING. Thursday evening on the way away for the weekend the screen on my phone just went blank and didn't want to work. The phone was not damaged or fell or nothing, the screen just went off.

So I was only able to take it back to them today, and they took of my screen protector and looked at the phone, just to be told it needs to be replaced because of the LCD. They did confirm that they can see the screen is faulty and not caused by any damage BUT I HAVE TO PAY R 1200 AGAIN !!!!!! The screen was only working for 2 days so they need to replace it then.

THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE MY SCREEN OR THE MEMORY CARD THAT IS BOTH FAULTY AND THEY EVEN KEPT MY SCREEN PROTECTOR THAT THEY TOOK OFF.
