Bad service and arrogant area manager

I had a bad service at barcelos firstly the person who bought after me was helped before me. The cashier who initially helped at the counter had to my order. I had the worst mango and strawberry shakes.

It was way to sweet, we complained to the consultant who then told the manager. Her respond was if we want it with less sugar we must do our own measurements.... He careless and continued with his lunch.

I will never ever visit that store again
