bad service

I’m so so disappointed with the service I received from Pick n pay wonder boom branch, is that store a ****a shop or a franchise because clearly people don’t know what they are hired to do , I went to the store and was served by vuyolethu tyants around 14:28 ,the guy was so rude as if it’s my mistake that he had to come to work, I asked the guy for a 1000.00 cash back and he said he doesn’t have , I then asked if there is no other way he can ask a supervisor or manage what to do in that case ,HE SAID HE CAN’T …HE SAID “IF I SAY I I DON’T HAVE THAT MEANS I DON’T HAVE AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO …GO TO TILL 4 he commands me …he made me so upset because he didn’t treat me with respect until I spoke to the manager GUSTAV who was more like him but managed to save the situation, I told the manager that im going to report this matter and he raised his voice saying I’M TRYING TO HELP WHY ARE YOU NOT BEING SATIFIED “I don’t want them to satisfy me I want them to serve me right as a customer and never to point fingers at me. To my surprise the guy (vuyo) opened a till with Gustave and there was more than 1000.00 in a till, how on earth do you hire people with such ethics, his service is so pathetic, he counted money and then threw it at me without saying thank you.
