Bad customer service

After leaving the wonderboom junction shopping centre I realised I was missing a shopping bag. I immediately made a u-turn and was back at the centre in under 10 minutes. After asking everyone from the parking attendant, trolley guys, security and pick and pay managers I was met with only blank stares and shrugged shoulders. Not one person offered to help or at least check a security camera.
