POOR SERVICE

Feedback on Bean Tree Coffee Shop at SPAR Wonderboom Junction As a loyal client of the Bean Tree coffee shop at SPAR Wonderboom Junction, I have consistently enjoyed my visits. What was initially intended as a coffee and cake shop has now evolved into a restaurant. Despite the best efforts of the personnel, several challenges hinder the overall experience. The lack of backup equipment, reliance on a few single plate stoves, and insufficient staff to prepare and serve food have all contributed to delays. Notably, the absence of a qualified barista has led to longer waiting times, with my meal taking 55 minutes to arrive on one occasion. It is disheartening to see that management often blames the staff for these issues instead of providing them with adequate equipment and the necessary training to efficiently serve the 15 clients. I hope that these concerns can be addressed to improve the overall experience at the Bean Tree coffee shop.
