Great service poor company support

Its with a sad heart that i have to defend staff at the restaurant who do not get any support from management/owners to deliver an effective customer service The staff is absolutely professional but have no equipment to deal with 10 or more customers There is absolute no behind the counter support for the staff and they get blamed for poor customer services They are all an asset for the company There is also no reason why I cannot tip them for great service-its my money and will spend it as i see fit
