Bad online customer service centre

Bought c***** chedder processed cheese slices on January 1st and experienced diarrhea from the product, not to mention the sour expired taste. I contacted spar by submitting an online query, yet no response or reference was given to me. I haven't been contacted as yet also. Very disappointing
