Unprofessional and you don’t get your photos

I used them in June 2022 for my daughters 21st. The night was a such a let down as their equipment wasn’t working and they only told me after they had been there for 3 hours, with no prints. I never got the album I paid for. I have followed up a number of times and only have half the digital photos, the rest are missing. They never responded to emails
