dangerous products

I have never ever had a problem with any electronic device ever until I received a professional steam iron from womental. it worked fine until I head a cracking sound and was burnt by hot water leaking from the iron. I emailed and sent a ,message on messenger but no response. this is disgusting service and what if I had burnt bad? now I sit with an iron that is not even 5 months old with a broken water tank
