Unsatisfactory Service and No Resolution

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this service. Payment was made for medication that was never received, and despite multiple follow-ups, no refund was provided. Communication throughout the process was unclear, inconsistent, and not reassuring, especially considering the sensitive nature of the service being offered. I also paid for additional medication which was never supp****, and there has been no proper accountability or resolution provided. This lack of transparency and follow-through is extremely concerning for a service that deals with people in vulnerable situations. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, do thorough research, and ensure they are dealing with a verified and reputable provider before making any payments.
