Extremely bad service

On the 6th of December I went in to Woman Street in Canal Walk for a nose piercing as I saw they offer it. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there. I received the worst service as I got. The lady who was piercing my nose wasn't even paying attention to what she was doing. She poked with the earing while it was in my nose and didn't even apologise when I made her aware of it because she was busy talking to her colleague and laughing not making note of what she was doing to me. They told it would be extra to change my earing from the normal one to the small one so I said it's okay because I didn't wanna walk around with a big nose ring. As I was leaving I saw them sharing the extra money and they only charged me R90 on the slip. I was too upset after that to even question it.

Later my friend informed me of an incident that had happened there with a customer and that they are even allowed to pierce customers. I was very astonished to hear this and even more anguished. What they did was very unprofessional and carelessness of the customer's wellbeing. I am utterly and truly disappointed.
