<p>TERRIBLE service from bayside branch. Rude, arrogant assistant totally messed up my ear piercing to the extent that I now cant pierce that ear again. She denied it despite very obvious evidence and blamed me. She then **** about her managers contact details. When I eventually got the so called managers details, it was a waste of time as she clearly didnt care and kept fobbing me off. Clearly the rot starts at the top. No apology, no recourse, never going back. </p>
