Shocking service from Womag

From the beginning my dealings with Womag were frustrating. I did not deal with the same person each time which caused confusion and delays sorting out a simple job. When Womag finally came to install the holes cut, by the installation team, in the counter tops for the basin were not measured correctly so the basins were not able to be re-installed. Futher, the installation job was very poorly done and finished. On sending a detailed email with pictures to Womag I simply got a reply saying that my email was fowarded to the factory with no effort or attempt at a plan to rectify this or an apology. I have spent a lot of money on this (fully paid prior to installation) and have been left with 2 non functioning bathroom sinks and shoddy workmanship.
