Atrocious service from start to end

A simple 2.2m x 2.7m L-shaped installation was disasterous from start to finish.

After many measurements the sinkhole was cut in the wrong place. A new sink was proposed, I chased them over a month to procure the sink for installation, including taking and sending measurements through myself. In the end they took my physical sink with them for measurements. More than a month later they arrive with a sink that does not fit, zero thought given to fitting a circle into a square cut-out. The installation guys had me waiting 2 hours since the "bosses wife kept them up" - they came in with pieces of adjacent slabs in which the veins did not match - no thought was given to the layout at the factory. The slab had to be turned around for a more suited match and taken back to the factory for polishing. Another delay.

On the numerous times there installers arrived it was clear to note that there is no guidance or communication given to them - they are just told to "make it work". If they are installing after hours there is no communication. No calls back to the Client explaining anything either.

Having had enough of Womags incompetence I completed the job privately, having found the correct sink in a few hours. Upon installation a piece of the splashback is seen to be broken and and stuck back together and there are marks on the other pieces of granite from the factory that would need to be polished. So after months of incompetence and unprofessional behaviour the product is also defective/sub-par. I have approached Womag to re-coup the cost of the private installation, polishing and cost of the sink that they had agreed to pay for and have not heard back from them. The sinkhole cut out was 2cm too large for standard sink sizes to fit in. This resulted in a larger more expensive sink having to be purchased which is likely why I was waiting over a month.

I have had the worst experience ever and am completed floored that such established company has such a level of incompetence and unprofessionalism throughout their service from floor to factory - there were numerous people I dealt with throughout this process and every step of the way it was a mess.
