WOLO Bali Horrible Experience

Booking with WOLO was hands-down the worst decision I made for my trip. It started with Monique, who was supposed to assist me – but she completely ghosted me for days, never responding to any of my questions. I requested a new agent, and they assigned Meghann, who only replies when she feels like it, with zero consistency or professionalism.

Even after I paid for the fully loaded package in full, communication was practically nonexistent. I had to chase them for every single detail, and even then, it felt like I was bothering them for simply expecting basic service.

The worst part? I booked activities in Bali through them – and the tour never even happened. No explanation, no rescheduling, nothing. Just silence.

WOLO is unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. If you’re planning a trip, do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.

I wrote this on google reviews and they were quick to respond. However, I am still waiting for their Head Office response after a week.
