Monique WOLO Bad Service

Initially the service was great, then after I paid for majority of the trip Monique became uninterested to help. She does not respond to my emails, when I call she say's she will mail be feedback or get back to me but she never does. I'm getting nervous about how our trip is going to be. Definitely not using them again.
