Incorrectly packaged wool

2 ***** of a 4 ply specific dye lot were actually 3ply. When I emailed in to tell them this I was immediately sent a pack of 4 ply wool in the same dye lot which I received yesterday.<br> <br> This is the first time I have had such excellent customer service so thank you Stephen.
