Unconditional apology

Dear Mr Wolmarans, Sincere thanks for your personal call this morning. And a clear reminder of the roll-out to be expected. Thank you for the civilized manner in which we could discuss this case. My sincere apologies towards your staff, you in person and your firm. Adult learning proves, people of my age, need to hear the same thing, in five different ways before they understand what they are being told. My sincere apologies for acting out before looking in.
