Possible ***** case with RAF

Could I kindly ask for your assistance with obtaining information on behalf of my dad Mr RJ Francis ID number ***.

Wolmaran’s attorneys assisted Mr Francis with a RAF claim about 8 years ago and the attorney that assisted was Liesl Lintvelt who I believe is no longer employed at Wolmarans. Liesl has accepted a payment on behalf of Mr Francis for a settlement amount of R200 for his injuries which Mr Francis feels that this was an under settlement as he suffered multiple injuries and had to undergo spinal surgery as a result of the injuries caused in this MVA and Mr Francis is now unemployed due these injuries.

Mr Francis has approached the Law Society and they have re-opened this case and with that they are requesting all information that has been sent through to your law firm and acknowledged by Liesl . I do however understand that as per ISO requirements you only need to save records for a period of 5 years and the time has now lapsed but if possible could you kindly furnish with any records you still have on this case.

Could this matter be seen as urgent as this case has been going on for 8 years already and a resolution is needed.
